单辊破碎机系统包括篦板、单辊转子、导槽体及下料斗（含环冷机给料溜槽）四部分。工况温度最高可达 950℃，过料量大、矿料冲砸严重，常见问题是寿命短、更换频繁。只有同时具备耐高温、耐磨、抗冲击三项特性，才能真正降低检修频次。 The single-roller crusher system comprises grate plates, the rotor, the guide chute body and the hopper (including the ring-cooler feed chute). Service temperature reaches 950 ℃ with heavy throughput and severe ore impact, so short life and frequent replacement are the norm. Only heat resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance together can genuinely reduce maintenance frequency.
