烧结台车(特别是大型台车)常因车体高温变形,导致车轴线上翘、各轮受力不均甚至车轮悬空,轴承严重偏载;同时受高温、温度交变与粉尘环境影响,密封失效、润滑不良。 Sinter pallet cars, large ones especially, distort under heat: the axle line lifts, load spreads unevenly across the wheels and one can even hang clear, leaving the bearings badly overloaded. High temperature, thermal cycling and dust then cause seal failure and poor lubrication.

大型烧结台车轴承寿命一般约 1.5 年(最长 3 年),仅为台车寿命的 1/5-1/10。换轴承要停机、要拆装,频次高就直接压低烧结机作业率。 Bearings on large pallet cars typically last about 1.5 years, three at most — only one-fifth to one-tenth of the car's own life. Every change means downtime and dismantling, so a high frequency directly cuts sinter machine availability.

  • 偏载:车体高温变形 → 车轴线上翘 → 各轮受力不均、车轮悬空 Eccentric loading — body distortion lifts the axle line, unbalancing the wheels or leaving one hanging
  • 密封失效:橡胶密封在高温高粉尘下强度与耐磨性下降,寿命最长不到 3 年 Seal failure — rubber seals lose strength and wear resistance in heat and dust, lasting under three years

偏载是根因。载荷不平衡时,最重的那个轴承决定整组寿命,材料再好也没用。 Eccentric loading is the root cause. When load is unbalanced the most heavily loaded bearing sets the life of the whole set, however good the material.

在轴承内圈制作偏心内孔、或单独配偏心套,旋转偏心位置即可调节车轮轴线高度。 An eccentric bore in the bearing inner ring, or a separate eccentric sleeve — rotating the eccentric sets the wheel axle height.

调轴线倾斜 · 轴承内均载Axle-line tilt compensation · inside the bearing

台车长期在 1000℃ 以上烧结温度下塌腰,台车孔轴线外端上翘倾斜约 0.5-1.5°。将车轮轴制成折轴(约 0.75-1.25°),保持车轮轴承轴线基本水平。 Under sintering temperatures above 1,000 ℃ the pallet sags and the outer end of the bore axis tilts up by roughly 0.5–1.5°. Making the wheel axle a cranked axle of about 0.75–1.25° keeps the bearing axis essentially level.

偏心叠片迷宫密封Eccentric laminated labyrinth seal

针对高温、高粉尘下橡胶密封强度与耐磨性下降、密封张紧带来大摩擦与大磨损、密封寿命最长不到 3 年的情况,采用淬硬耐热金属、陶瓷或金陶复合材料制成的偏心多层叠片迷宫密封。 Where heat and dust degrade rubber-seal strength and wear resistance, and seal tension brings high friction and wear with a life under three years, we use an eccentric multi-layer labyrinth seal in hardened heat-resistant metal, ceramic or metal-ceramic composite.

让旧油出得去,让油腔不呼吸Let old grease out, and stop the chamber breathing

润滑的两个问题彼此独立:一个是油路没有出口,一个是温度交变把油腔变成气泵。所以要两项技术分别处理。 Lubrication fails in two independent ways: the oil circuit has no outlet, and thermal cycling turns the chamber into a pump. Each needs its own remedy.

油脂有序流动控制技术Ordered grease flow control

针对现有车轮无排油通道、内部旧油无法有序排出的情况,采取重置进油口、设置回油口等措施完善油路路径,消除油脂流动死角。 Where existing wheels have no drain passage and used grease cannot leave in order, we reposition the inlet and add a return port to complete the circuit and remove dead zones.

  • 注油时油脂从轴承一端有序流经另一端,再流向排油区During greasing, grease travels in order from one end of the bearing to the other, then to the drain zone
  • 实现油脂全更换Achieves a full grease change-out

油脂常压保持技术Grease ambient-pressure retention

车轮在一个烧结循环中轴承有超 100℃ 的温度升降,油脂体积相应膨胀收缩 2% 以上,密闭油腔交替产生高压与负压。为此设置油腔压力平衡装置。 Across one sintering cycle the bearing temperature swings by more than 100 ℃, expanding and contracting the grease by over 2% so a sealed chamber alternates between pressure and vacuum. We fit a chamber pressure-balancing device.

  • 使油腔内部基本维持大气压,消除温度交变产生的呼吸过程Holds the chamber near atmospheric pressure, eliminating the breathing driven by thermal cycling
  • 避免薄弱环节变形、吸入外部灰垢、磨损密封面Prevents distortion of weak points, ingress of external dust and wear of the sealing faces
